Lost Tree Village Property Owners Association (POA) application fee: $30,000*
Annual assessments: $6,000* for administrative costs, security and grounds maintenance.
For single family residences, yard care, cable, water, etc are not included.
The condominiums on Church Lane and Turtle Beach Road have additional annual POA fees.
