LANGUAGES and EDUCATION
Susanna was born in Sweden and is fluent in Swedish and English; proficient in Spanish and French. In college, she even tried Japanese for a semester.
She graduated with ‘magna cum laude’ honors in Communications from Roger Williams University (RWU), Bristol, RI. She holds a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) in Technical Communication from University of Washington (UW), Seattle, WA.
In the late 1980’s, Susanna was a travel guide in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria and Spain. In the 1990’s, she was a public relations specialist, media coordinator and journalist for the 1992 and 1995 America’s Cups and 1996 Olympic Games. For her graduate internship, she was a usability testing and multi-language documentation coordinator for Intel Corporation in Portland, OR.
