Tequesta Country Club has voluntary HOA, referred to as TCCCA or ‘te-cah’ by the locals, with optional additional community boat ramp access fee. The community offers three waterfront parks – North View Park, South View Park and the Tequesta Country Club boat ramp with dock to clean fish and cast nets.

Tequesta Golf Community

It is a Tequesta waterfront community with waterfront homes on Loxahatchee River and Tequesta golf course community – a great combination!! The country club is separate from the HOA.

The HOA fee includes: Common area maintenance, improvements and taxes, boat ramp lease, management, accounting, reserve funds, Christmas holiday party, Halloween fun and games and 4th of July bike parade around the neighborhood.

Tequesta Country Club Golf Course

The golf course was originally designed by golf architect Robert von Hagge – who has designed 40+ golf courses including the Admirals Cove golf courses in Jupiter Florida. The Tequesta Country Club golf course was completely redesigned in the summer and fall of 2013 by Tom Fazio Jr of the famous Fazio golf course design family who have designed Jupiter Hills – with top ranked Hills and Village golf courses as well as The Fazio at PGA National and many more. The extensive remodel was completed in November 2013.
